International Student Retention Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

- Students cannot be granted additional fee waivers or scholarships, including ICSP or graduate assistant positions.
- Individuals holding employment authorization documents are not eligible, except for those facing economic hardship.
- Undergraduate Students should have finished a minimum of 3 terms at PSU and possess sophomore standing, along with a GPA of at least 2.75.
- Graduate Students must have finished at least one term at PSU with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Students need to satisfy the English language requirements.
