- Applicants need to satisfy the admission criteria for a graduate program at Tokyo Metropolitan University (TMU).
- Applicants need to be registered in a bachelor’s degree program (if seeking a master’s degree) or a master’s degree program (if pursuing a Ph.D.) at one of the following:
