University of Melbourne Graduate Research Scholarships Financial Coverage
- This scholarship covers full tuition fees for up to 2 years for a master’s by research and up to 4 years for a doctoral degree.
- Domestic students will receive a $2,000 relocation grant.
- International students will receive a $3,000 relocation grant.
- Recipients will be granted a living allowance of $38,500 per year for up to 2 years for a master’s by research and 3.5 years for a doctoral degree, with annual adjustments and limited sick, maternity, and parenting leave.

- If you have accepted an offer and deferred commencement, you must submit an online application by October 31.
- Current students must also submit an online application by October 31 to be considered for the scholarship.
- After submitting the form, you will receive a notification within 10 business days that your scholarship application has been added.
