About the Scholarship
Are you an international graduate student seeking a scholarship in Taiwan? The Chung Hwa Rotary Educational Foundation Academic Scholarship provides an excellent chance for students to continue their education in Taiwan. This scholarship is available to all international students and allows candidates to pursue master’s and doctoral degree programs.
Every recipient of The Chung Hwa Rotary Foundation Academic Scholarship is affiliated with a Rotary Club and paired with a Rotarian as the sponsoring counselor, who acts as an advisor and mentor to the scholar throughout and following the scholarship period.
This funded scholarship offers tuition, a book stipend, housing, and living costs for chosen applicants.

Financial Coverage of Chung Hwa Rotary Educational Foundation Academic Scholarship
- Master’s candidates will be offered and allowance of NT$135,000 for one year.
- This scholarship offers an annual funding of NT$180,000 for Doctoral candidates.
- The scholarship included expenses such as tuition, textbooks, housing, and daily living costs.
Eligibility Criteria for Chung Hwa Rotary Educational Foundation Academic Scholarship
- This scholarship is available to all students from abroad.
- Students are required to be enrolled in graduate programs at universities in Taiwan.
- Applicants must not be Rotarians, their descendants, or Rotaractors.
- Candidates must be below 35 years of age.
- Cannot receive another scholarship while the award is active.
