- Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree with a CGPA exceeding 3.70 and a Master’s degree (research or mixed mode with CGPA ≥3.70/4.00).
- Proficiency in English is necessary: IELTS ≥6.5, TOEFL 73–93, or CEFR level B2.
- The candidates must not have received any other sponsorship or scholarship.
- Candidates should have a strong desire for acquiring education and knowledge.
