The Azerbaijan Government Scholarship Programme 2024-2025 is a completely financed program that covers the following topics:
- The scholarship will cover the entire tuition cost for each student who is successful in earning the award.
- The grant will cover the cost for language preparation courses that comply with the language of instruction.
- The program will provide a monthly stipend of 800 AZN (470 USD).
- The award of scholarship will provide 200 AZN (117 USD) for medical coverage per year.
- The grant will pay for a single entrance visa into the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Azerbaijan Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, candidates need to meet the following requirements:
- Applicants from countries which are member of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation are allowed to apply.
- Individuals of Small Island Developing States are allowed.
- Candidates whose nations are member of the Non-Aligned Movement are qualified.
- Candidates from countries that share cultural, ethnic, and historical links with Azerbaijan are eligible.
- Citizens of Azerbaijan are not qualified for this scholarship.
- Students whose citizenship has been suspended in Azerbaijan are not eligible for this award.
- Candidates for undergraduate and general medical programs above the age of 35.
- Participants to graduate degree and medical residency programs over 40 years.
