About ICCR Scholarship:
In 2005, at the initiative of India’s then-Prime Minister, 500 scholarships (later increased to 1000) were introduced annually for Afghan Nationals to study UG, PG, and Ph.D. level courses in Indian Universities/Institutions, with the goal of supporting Afghanistan as a sovereign, stable, and prosperous Afghanistan, as well as for regional security and stability.
To continue assisting Afghanistan, it has been determined that from A.Y 2023-24 onwards, 1000 scholarships would be made available to Afghan nationals for online UG and PG level courses through the e-VB platform.

- Deadline: September 22, 2023.
- Number of scholarships: 1000.
