About Open-Door Scholarship:
The Russian Open Door Scholarship program is accepting applications from individuals from all around the globe who want to study for a master’s degree at a master’s course in Russia.
In partnership with the Russian Federation’s Ministry of Education and Science, the Global Universities Association has launched the Open-Door Russian Scholarship Project for foreign students interested in pursuing a Master’s degree in Russia for free. Applicants must compete in two rounds of the online Olympiad (competition), which include:
