Swedish Institute leadership program

About SI Leader Lan in Sweden:

SDG 16: building fair, peaceful, and inclusive communities is the focus of SI Leader Lab, which aims to enhance the ability of civil society organizations to effectively advocate for this goal. Joining the course are powerful figures from civic society who are receptive to fresh approaches and creative digital solutions. Peers in the network come from all walks of civil society, so members get a well-rounded perspective on the topic. This year’s SI Leader Lab will be welcoming one hundred people from Eastern Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East.

Participation in the program’s online sessions is supplemented by consistent mentoring and participation in learning groups that span many regions. A week of intense on-site learning in Stockholm in October will bring all one hundred program participants together for a more in-depth experience and better teamwork.

Your organization may strengthen its lobbying efforts and strategic outreach by participating in the program. As a leader, you may learn from others, make new contacts, and try out different approaches with your colleagues.
