Jobs Description:
The enumerator is tasked with carrying out the following duties:
- Adhere to the sample size requirements outlined in the Kobo/Comcare forms while conducting evaluations of targeted districts in chosen provinces.
- Gather any qualitative or quantitative information given by the MERL division.
- When collecting and documenting data, be sure you follow all guidelines and procedures.
- Check information to make sure it is accurate and full.
- Protect the privacy and integrity of information.
- Gather any missing or incomplete information by conducting follow-up interviews.
- Make use of modern gadgets for data recording.
- Pay close attention to and carry out the directives given by the Senior Data Officer and the Quality Assurance Supervisor.
- Communicate any problems or concerns to the supervisor of quality assurance.
- Flexibility in scheduling is essential; be ready to work nights and weekends as needed.
- As needed, visit the field or communities to conduct interviews.
- Carry out the Senior Data Officer’s other essential assignments.
- Become proficient in the use of tablets and smartphones for data collecting by enrolling in Kobo or Compare training.
Job qualification:
- Prior expertise in MEAL and data collecting, with a focus on FGD, KII, and HH surveys, over two years.
- Capacity to regularly visit the communities that the initiative is aiming to help.
- Strong command of the English language, particularly in writing.
- The ability to speak Dari or Pashto.
- Proficient in leading survey efforts.
- Superb people abilities.

- Data collecting experience using smartphones, tablets, Kobo, or Comcare devices.
