Eligibility Criteria

To be qualified, candidates must meet the following requirements:

All students studying at a French higher education organization.
Applicants who have been disconnected from education for more than three consecutive years and have taken a break.
An applicant who has earned a scholarship or program in France with a monthly value of more than 650 euros.
